Work experience

Some students develop their skills, knowledge and motivation to a point where they are able to take up a work experience placement outside the Project.

Minstead Training Project's key members of staff are responsible for identifying and arranging appropriate placements in local settings.

Individual students’ skills, preferences and support needs are taken into account when a placement is being arranged and all work experiences are monitored regularly.

Those students seeking suitable employment are given full guidance and support.
